Lifetime Crossley Home Ownership Program
| For as long as our purchasers own their current Crossley Home, they will have the exclusive opportunity to purchase a new Crossley Home and we will list and sell their current Crossley Home for free. |
Referral Program
| Refer one of your relatives, co-workers or friends to Crossley Homes. Once they have completed their purchase, you will receive a $100 dining out certificate. When your referral moves into their new Crossley Home, they will receive $400 in gift certificates. |
Personalized Design Service
| Approximately three weeks after purchasing a Crossley Home your drawings will be sent out for your review in a customized briefcase. You will then have an opportunity to meet with our Customer Liaison to review all aspects of the design of your home and any changes you have made to the design of your home. |
On Site Service
| Once the framing of your new home is complete, you will meet on-site with our Site Manager to review the construction of the home to date. You will meet with him once again about a week before your possession date to have an orientation to your new home. |
Personalized Selection Service
| When you purchase a Crossley Home, you will spend a day with our Interior Administrator. She will chauffeur you to pre-arranged appointments with many of our suppliers to assist you in choosing all of the interior finixhes for your new home. From flooring, to paint, cabinets, plumbing fixtures and lighting, you can expect personalized service every step of the way. |
