Well, now that we are settled into our lovely new home, we just wanted to express our satisfaction and appreciation for your long-term customer service and high level of commitment we have received. It's amazing how these "baby steps" have led to a beautiful home in a great community.
Already, we have received so many compliments on the house; but without Paul's professional guidance and honesty, and Kelly's flair for design, we would never have come out so well. Nothing was overlooked and the process was easy and painless! We have always heard "Bad Building Stories" from others, but we sensed when we walked into your showhome we would be treated differently, and that positive nature from your people has never once failed us as customers.
My husband and I are both professional Sales Representatives, and are extremely aware of customer service and ensuring that the end product is exact. I needed to write this to let you know it's rare to find such fun in building a house. Considering it's such a HUGE investment! It's all in the people. Just as the memo in Paul's office says: "People won't remember what you said, they'll remember how you made them feel."
